BEFORE AND AFTER PRINTING
50% deposit or full cost of blank garment (whichever is more) is required before shirts are ordered and printed. Orders can take up to 10 business days, from the final artwork and order acknowledgement approval.
NOTICE: While we know most of our customers are trustworthy, we require any remaining balance to be paid in full before items can be shipped or picked up.
We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, or cash. We DO NOT accept checks.
ORDER PROOFING/APPROVAL
Artwork and print proof is to be approved by the customer before printing the whole order. Please make sure artwork has the right spelling, colors, and placement. There will be additional fees for corrections made after the initial approval as well as production delays.
ARTWORK
Artwork Requirements:
All submitted files must be in 300 DPI or in Vector format.
Accepted raster files: .PNG, .JPG, .PSD
Accepted vector files: .AI, .PDF, .EPS
Files submitted in low quality (non-vector, below 300 DPI) are subject to art preparation and editing fees.
Artwork Design should be sized to the physical print size.
Artwork Design & Preparation:
Art not supplied in ready format is subject to design fees.
Design typically takes 48 hours to complete, however it is subject to the detail of each project.
Design time should be accounted separately from the turnaround time of an order.
GARMENT DISCLAIMER
Skyline Printing is not responsible for manufacturer defects such as inaccurate color, sizes, loose stitching, holes, ripped seams. We try our best to inspect these garments, but we can't guarantee that there won't be the odd one to slip through. It is always a good idea to order 5% more than what you intend to have in total.
Client Supplied Garments: We offer great deals and prefer our customers order apparel through us.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Tracking information is typically sent via e-mail to the customer after shipping. Skyline Printing will not be held accountable if packages are late, lost, or damaged due to mishandling through the shipping company (i.e. UPS, FedEx, DHS, USPS) Please ensure shipping address is correct beforehand as it will cause delays if incorrect.
Customer supplied garments must have a P.O labeled who it is from or it will be refused and sent back to the shipper.
RETURNS/REFUNDS
There are no cash refunds, only credit to your account. One must contact us within one week if dissatisfied with results in order to receive credit. In the case that there are some misprints of over 3% of the order we will gladly take responsibility and reorder/reprint the pieces at no extra cost to the customer.
SOCIAL MEDIA SHARING
We are excited to be working with you and want to show it off once it's all done by taking pictures and posting them to our various platforms. If you are not comfortable with your design being shared, please let us know when you place your order. If you do not specify otherwise, we will assume we have your full permission to share your awesome designs!
